Editing and PDF printing are free without an account. Saving and sharing require sign-in. Free and Pro allowances reset each UTC calendar month; current subscription prices appear on Pricing.

Client approval records a name, selected option and time. Review the latest document before confirming. Approval locks the quote; use a duplicate for later scope changes. It is not a signed agreement or tax or legal advice.

Only upload or share information you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harmful content or exposing another person’s private information. Abusive accounts or links may be disabled.

Invoices provide plain-text payment instructions and a manually recorded payment status. QuoteCedar does not collect customer payments. Contact support about account or service problems.
