# QuoteCedar: product facts

QuoteCedar helps small service businesses prepare quotes, share client approval links and turn approved quotes into invoices. Editing and PDF printing are free without an account; sharing requires sign-in.

QuoteCedar does not provide tax or legal advice or process payments. A client approval records a name, selected option and time; it is not a signed agreement.

## Key facts

- Editing and PDF download need no signup and have no watermark.
- A quote can contain one to three options. Customers can choose an option, ask a question and approve without registering.
- Free accounts can create three client approval links and five drafts from notes per UTC calendar month.
- Pro includes up to 500 approval links and 100 drafts from notes per UTC calendar month, a business logo and removal of the QuoteCedar footer.
- Approved quotes are locked and copied as a snapshot when converted to invoices. Invoice sharing does not use the quote share allowance.
- Draft from notes organizes text and items. The business sets and checks every price.
- Invoices record payment status manually. The service does not collect payments. Export currently uses PDF, not Word or Excel.
