Privacy at QuoteCedar

QuoteCedar is a workspace for service quotes, client approval and invoices. This page describes the data used by that workflow.

Before sign-in, quote drafts stay in this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data can remove them. PDF printing uses the draft in your browser.

After you sign in and save, we store your business details, clients, price items, quotes and invoices to provide your workspace. Deleted records are hidden from the workspace; approval and abuse records may remain. Contact support about access or removal.

Anyone with a share link can view the document. Share it only with intended recipients. Client actions record the name, chosen option, time, a salted IP hash and browser information. Reset or stop a link to revoke access.

Job notes are sent for text drafting only when you use Draft from notes. The suggested scope and items are drafts for you to review; the tool does not set prices.

Usage analytics help us understand visits, account activity and subscription activity. Use Cookie settings to manage analytics or request removal of usage data. Client document pages use the quote activity record rather than visitor analytics.
